ShadeMe is a small, independent project. A real person reads every message that comes in, and we aim to reply within two business days.
This is the single support address for everything below. There is no phone queue and no ticket system to sign into — just email.
This is the most useful message you can send us. If you sat somewhere and the sun did not behave the way ShadeMe said it would, tell us. Please include the venue, the date and start time, the section or seating area, and what actually happened. We re-check the venue geometry against real reports and push corrections.
Renovations, new canopies, seat renumbering, a roof that opens differently than we assumed — if you know a venue well and something in our model looks wrong, send the detail and a source if you have one.
ShadeMe does not require an account and does not collect your name, email or payment information. If you have a question about what our analytics or affiliate partners hold, or you want to exercise a right under GDPR, CCPA or a similar law, email us with "Privacy request" in the subject line and we will help direct it. We cannot help with a ticket order. ShadeMe does not sell tickets. If you bought through a link on this site, your order is with that marketplace and you will need to contact their customer service for anything to do with pricing, fees, delivery, entry, cancellation or refunds.
ShadeMe is operated as an independent sole-proprietor project based in California, USA. It is not affiliated with MLB, the NFL, the NCAA, the ATP/WTA/USTA, or any team, school, venue or tournament.
